Position: CAM/NC Programmer
Accurately process drawings quickly and efficiently to create effective NC-code. Collect and process information from drawings, customers, the Production Team and Management to develop: NC-code, material requirements and process sheets; all of which must be complete, accurate and reliable. Work with the Production Planner and Production Team to assist in the accurate determination of labour hours, production concerns, lead times and ensure our ability to satisfy our customers’ expectations.
Maintain accurate and complete records. Maintain and update relevant drawing files and databases.
Generate time studies and estimates for processes and materials which are complete and accurate.
The successful employee must comply fully with Employment and Health & Safety legislation, the company’s Policies & Procedures and our ISO Quality Management System.
Position: Laser Operator
Set up and operate various NC cutting equipment. Load and unload machines. Cleaning parts as required.
Assist in counting and organizing product and subcomponents. Maintain accurate records.
Check parts for correct dimensions and other specifications, working in accordance with our ISO procedures.
Select and transport material to work area manually or using crane, hoist, and forklift.
Clean, lubricate and maintain equipment, replace parts as required.
Self-starter, able to work without supervision.
Operate computerized equipment and systems.
