Laser Cutting
Chrima has several lasers operating at various power levels. We have some of the most technologically advanced machines available on the market.
CNC Forming & Bending
Chrima has both manual and CNC brakes with up to 7 axis of motion including auto-crowning. Additionally we have an extensive inventory of precision ground and hardened tooling. We have complete tooling set for both the North American standard as well as the European standard.
CNC Punching
We have state of the art CNC punching equipment and a wide range of tooling to handle all of your requirements. Chrima has a wide selection of tooling to meet all your requirements, including louvers, knock-outs, dimples, and tabs.
Welding & Assembly
Chrima can offer both robotic and manual welding services. We perform GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG and SAW in various steel alloys including stainless. We have modern, high volume robotic welding; perfectly suited for your small and medium production runs. Our weld shop is certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) to the Canadian Standards Association: CSA W-47.1 in Division 2.1.
