     Chrima is committed to providing quality product to our customers. To this end we have implemented an ISO 9000 – 2000 Quality management system. In fact we were the first metal fabricator in Canada to attain a new registration to the updated 2000 standard.

     Our quality management system is intended to maximize customer satisfaction, and ensure delivery of a product or service that meets or exceeds customer expectations. It encompasses all activities of the business, and is intended to support the ongoing effort towards continuous improvement and the prevention of non-conformity.

     Over the past 40 years we have built our business on our commitment to providing top notch service to our customers. We are proud of the fact that many of the companies we dealt with in our ‘early days’ are still customers today.
